Hosts
The series is guided by three distinct voices who bring curiosity, empathy, and lived perspective to every conversation. Donae'o, Caragh McMurtry, and David Downes come together as hosts to explore complex, human-centered stories with honesty and depth. Each brings a unique lens, creating thoughtful dialogue that invites listeners to look closer, question assumptions, and connect with the people at the heart of each story.
Donae’o
THE MUSICIAN
Ian Greenidge – known professionally as Donae’o (doh-NAY-oh, “Gift from God”) – is a British singer, songwriter, and rapper from North-West London. Diagnosed with autism in his twenties, he has used his sensory precision to craft a distinctive sound and has collaborated with artists like The Streets, Giggs, Lethal Bizzle, Dizzee Rascal, Jme, and Calvin Harris.
I want to be part of this because I've done really well, not despite my autism, but, in part, because of it. My autism pushed me forward and I want to share that story and be part of the change that creates a more positive outlook for autistic people.
Caragh McMurtry
THE OLYMPIAN
A former GB Olympic rower and CEO of Neurodiverse Sport, Caragh applies elite-athlete discipline to advocacy, showing how structure, resilience, and support unlock potential in sport and the workplace.
Diagnosed late as autistic, suspected ADHD, and previously misdiagnosed as bipolar, she challenges one-size-fits-all approaches and misconceptions about neurodivergence, especially in women and girls.
I’m really excited to work with Audinary Productions on this project. So many autistic people feel disempowered living in a world designed for minds other than our own. It’s loud, bright, and busy, and it rarely leaves space for us to explore or share our quieter, often hidden strengths. I want to help change that by communicating the things that are somewhat intangible, and inherently difficult to explain. By working as a team to bring our unique experiences to light, I think we can help build a broader understanding, genuine empathy, and elicit real change.
David Downes
THE ARTIST
David Downes is a landscape painter celebrated for his skies, seascapes, and architectural drawings.
As an autistic man with a photographic memory, he recreates vivid scenes from recall. A Royal College of Art graduate, he serves as Vice President of the National Autistic Society, Ambassador for Autism Anglia, and is an active fundraiser.
I want to challenge the stereotypes. Please not the superpowers theory! That can sound cheesy and patronising. Autism often can align itself with genius and incredible talents. BUT there isno point in there being an incredible composer in the Amazon rainforest without instruments to play to the tribe! The majority of autistic people, can do ordinary jobs, if given the freedom to be themselves, working the way they need to work. It's not rocket science.

Be part of the change from the inside out.
