Simon Stock
CO-FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Simon Stock is an award-winning documentary director and photographer whose vérité style probes the human spirit under extreme conditions.
His latest film, Fighting Demons, follows bare-knuckle boxers confronting trauma and identity and has won multiple festival awards. He also collaborates with leading broadcasters and brands to create immersive, cinematic narratives.
I’m deeply passionate about this project because I believe in telling stories that give underrepresented people space, dignity, and visibility, and that actively shift perspectives rather than simply observe them; on a personal level, having close friends who are autistic, alongside seeing the work of a close family member supporting autistic young adults, has strengthened my commitment to creating films that challenge misunderstanding and help drive real, lasting change.

Rachel Mansson
CO-FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Rachel Mansson is a commercially driven digital media marketing executive specializing in entertainment and media.
After over a decade at NBCUniversal—where she built and led its international digital distribution marketing team—she founded the BYO Collective and brings experience from PBS, Viaplay, O3 Media, MBC Studios, PolyGram Films, Star TV, MTV Europe, and Virgin Records.
I’m involved in this series because autistic talent is too often overlooked at work. We all know neurodivergent people — and small, fair adjustments in recruitment can make all the difference. This show highlights what’s possible when strengths are recognised and workplaces truly include everyone.

Sally Vaughan
CO-FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Sally Vaughan is a producer, agent, and coach whose career bridges media and art.
She recently produced Survivor (2025), an animated Holocaust film by puppeteer Zoom Rockman—currently streaming on Netflix Israel and ABC Australia. As VP of Marketing for ESPN Asia and CNN International, she launched ESPN India and CNN’s first multiplatform campaign. At Turner Broadcasting, she founded its European CSR programme, sparking her passion for diversity and inclusion.
I am a late-diagnosed multiple neurodivergent women. My working life in an office didn't need to be as hard as it was on me. I'd hyper fixate on complex projects which I found interesting, and painfully struggle with admin, loud noises, interruptions, bright lights, early starts, long emails, small talk and socialising, making me a bit of an oddity.
The understanding of the strengths and challenges of varying neurotypes has grown vastly; with the ongoing crisis in mental health, now is the time to act. In simple terms, I believe paid work is a basic human right.

Sam Kermer
CO-FOUNDER & CO-PRODUCER
Creative strategist and co-founder of Tales Enterprise and Tales Talent Management. Sam brings extensive experience in creative direction, partnerships, and brand storytelling across film, media, and entertainment.
Autism has shaped both my personal life and my professional path, from growing up with autistic family and friends to working for four years in a SEN department. This documentary reflects my commitment to challenging misconceptions and advocating for better understanding in education and the workplace.

Lee Corless
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Proudly autistic, Lee brings lived experience to his work, informed by helping scale a leading Autism at Work programme within a major global investment bank.
